1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and shopping at GG Fashion, you accept and agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately cease using this platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Account Registration
To utilize certain features, including saving measurement profiles and viewing order statuses, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain password confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account profile.
3. Custom Stitching & Tailored Orders
Customers ordering custom tailoring services (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico) must supply exact dimensions. We stitch garments based entirely on measurements provided. We cannot be held liable for ill-fitting apparel caused by incorrect customer submissions. Tailoring orders cannot be cancelled after the fabrics have been cut.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing, collection catalogs, or shipping costs without notice. Payments must be processed successfully before order fulfillment begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual contents, branding insignia, product photographies, catalog layouts, and editorial copies on this website are the intellectual property of GG Fashion and are protected under Indian copyright regulations. Any unapproved replication is strictly prohibited.
