STORE AGREEMENT

Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns on standard, unmodified catalog items within 7 days of order delivery. To be eligible for returns, garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and remain in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.

2. Tailored & Custom Exclusions

Please note that all custom-stitched products, including sarees with added falls/pico, custom-tailored blouses, and size-customized lehengas, are explicitly **excluded** from returns, replacements, or refunds. These items are tailored to specific sizes and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. COD order refunds will be issued as store credit coupons or bank transfers.

4. Order Cancellations

Standard order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Custom tailoring orders can only be cancelled before our artisans begin processing materials (usually within 12 hours).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with manufacturing damage, handloom weaving defects, or wrong items, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 9270388818 with pictures. We will arrange a free exchange or a full refund upon verification.
